Refund policy

WHAT IS MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

IN WHAT CONDITION MUST THE PRODUCT BE RETURNED?
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
There are several types of products that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Also, products of an intimate or sanitary nature, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not acceptable.

Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items

HOW TO COMPLETE THE RETURN?
In order to complete your return, we need you to contact our Help Desk department at info@lifewaterproof.com within 15 days of receiving your order. In this email you must indicate the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

IN WHAT SITUATIONS WILL ONLY PARTIAL REFUNDS BE GRANTED?
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

HOW TO REFUND? (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days (refunds may be delayed up to 15 days).


WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND WITHIN 15 DAYS (if applicable).
If you have not yet received your refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lifewaterproof.com to resolve any issues that may have arisen as soon as possible.

CAN A SALE ITEM BE REFUNDED (if applicable)?
Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

An exchange can be made for the same item even if it is on sale in case the original item is broken or defective.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE (if applicable)?
We can exchange items if they are defective or damaged. In this case there are two options:


1.- Product with free return.
If the product you have purchased has a free return, you can contact the Help Desk through the email info@lifewaterproof.com and request the exchange indicating the order number.

Our returns department will process your request and send you by email the labels that must be attached to the package when the carrier picks up the package.

Once the package arrives at our facilities, we will proceed to send the new product to your home.

Please note that this process can take up to 75 days due to the return time and the time it takes to resend the new package.

2.- Product without free return.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@lifewaterprooof.com indicating the order number and the reason for the exchange. Once the exchange is accepted you must send the item to C/ Marques de Zenete 21-10 46007 Valencia, Valencia, Spain.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return a product, please follow the instructions below (refunds will not be issued if you do not follow these instructions).

Step 1: Pack the products in the original packaging to ensure that they will not be damaged during shipment;

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM?
Unfortunately we can not make exchanges for items that are not the same as the one requested. In this case you should request the return of the purchased item to proceed with the refund and buy the desired item again.

In the case of wanting to make an exchange for another article other than the one purchased (including same items with different prices) you must request the return of the product to the Help Desk department through the mail info@lifewaterproof.com sending the item (either with or without free return) as indicated in the previous point CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Once we receive the item you will be refunded the amount of the same by the same method of payment that was used for your purchase.

Important note to keep in mind:
Under no circumstances will a refund be made without first receiving the product in our facilities.
